Experienced Community Association Manager

Professional Bayway Management is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed CAM to take on a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations in Pinellas County.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Hold an active Florida CAM license
- Have run board and annual meetings, budgets, and vendor contracts on your own
- Can keep open and informed and clamp down when something breaks at 7 p.m. on a Friday
- Know your way around association records, applications, and financial reporting

Compensation is $85,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus benefits, a support staff that actually answers the phone, and a company that gives its managers the authority to manage.
