Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage door system issues efficiently.
• Install and maintain various garage door types and openers.
• Communicate clearly with customers about technical problems and service options.
• Operate tools and equipment safely following industry standards.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Respond promptly and professionally to service calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems independently on-site.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Possess your own tools or have the means to acquire them.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
