This contract role requires expert locksmithing abilities focused on ignition systems, combined with excellent customer service skills to deliver precise and reliable ignition key solutions. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and assess ignition system problems to provide accurate repair and replacement services. Create, duplicate, and program ignition keys for a wide range of vehicle makes and models using locksmithing expertise. Handle sensitive ignition components with meticulous attention to detail to prevent damage. Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Maintain detailed records of all ignition key services performed, including replacements and repairs. Work collaboratively with other locksmiths and technical staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet service demands. Stay current with the latest ignition technologies and systems to continuously improve problem-solving skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for job site travel. Possession of locksmithing tools or ability to acquire necessary tools for ignition key work. Proficient knowledge of ignition systems and locksmithing techniques. Strong customer service orientation focused on client satisfaction. Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy.
