Discount ACR is hiring an Experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Chandler, Arizona. Earn $75,000 per year while installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will help residential and commercial customers maintain comfortable, efficient environments and deliver dependable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot malfunctions efficiently.
• Inspect equipment for performance, safety, and compliance.
• Provide timely, professional customer service while following company procedures.
• Document work completed, repairs, and services provided.
• Collaborate with technicians on projects and share knowledge with the team.
• Recommend energy-efficient and environmentally responsible HVAC practices.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC installation and maintenance experience.
• EPA certification, NATE certification, or an equivalent industry credential.
• Proficiency with relevant HVAC tools and software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

Work with a collaborative HVAC team and report to the HVAC Service Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandler, Arizona.
