Brad Kelley is hiring a full-time Senior HVAC/Refrigeration Technician in Rancho Cordova, California. This on-site role serves commercial customers, installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial equipment systems. Help keep customer systems operating safely and efficiently while delivering responsive, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and follow applicable safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions.
• Coordinate with technicians and support staff to complete service work efficiently.
• Document completed work and parts or inventory used.
• Provide professional customer service and support customer satisfaction.
• Keep current with HVAC technology and industry developments.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of HVAC and refrigeration service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Commercial equipment experience is an advantage.
• EPA Technician Certification or other relevant industry certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to use common HVAC tools and technology.

Compensation and Employment

• Pay: $65,000 per year.
