Seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Monroe, NC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Property Maintenance
- Plumbing Repairs
- Basic Electrical Troubleshooting
- Unit Turns & Make-Readies
- Resident Work Orders
- Preventative Maintenance
- General Repairs & Troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous maintenance experience in an apartment or multi-family community
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and professional
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
