About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers throughout their experience by listening carefully, responding clearly, resolving concerns, and coordinating timely updates with internal teams. You will maintain accurate records and help deliver a transparent, zero-pressure customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
- Respond to questions, concerns, and service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve issues with sound judgment and conflict-resolution skills.
- Maintain accurate customer records, project notes, and communication logs in company systems.
- Coordinate handoffs and timely updates among customers, Customer Consultants, production teams, and leadership.
- Use CRM and customer support software to track interactions and support service operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including assisting with the preparation and delivery of detailed, itemized information as needed.
- Protect confidential information and maintain accuracy and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer communication and active-listening skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfort using CRM and customer support software.
- Professional, detail-oriented approach to customer service and recordkeeping.
- Must currently reside in the United States.
