The salon world family gallery is hiring an experienced hairdresser and beautician for a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The successful candidate will provide professional hair and beauty services that help clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, and coloring tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Perform facial treatments and skincare services.
• Apply makeup for different occasions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver attentive customer service and respond to client questions and concerns.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized and follow health and safety standards.
• Manage appointments and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon.
• Collaborate with colleagues on service ideas and marketing initiatives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in hairdressing and beauty treatments.
• Skills in hair styling, cutting, coloring, facials, and makeup application.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cosmetology certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of current hair and beauty trends and techniques.
