Experienced Mason Lead Mason

About the role

Howell Masonry and Restoration is seeking a skilled mason capable of leading helpers on a jobsite. Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory for a very good mason ready for more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work on brick and block, stone masonry, foundation repair, structural masonry, tuckpointing, restoration, waterproofing, footing and foundation reconstruction, and drainage related to foundation work.
• Understand masonry, organize work, work alongside the crew, direct helpers, and communicate with the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Show up on time, work hard, take pride in quality, communicate, and demonstrate respect, professionalism, responsibility, willingness to learn, dependable transportation, and teamwork.
• No alcohol or drugs on the job.
