Experienced Nanny

YAYA Agency is assisting a wonderful family in New York City in finding a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to support their three children.

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Some days may start at 7:00 AM depending on day’s travel schedule.)
Approximately 50 hours per week with flexibility to stay late as needed.
Position Type: Live-Out
Pay: $35+ per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)
Strong preference to pay on the books.
Location: New York City

Position Details / Requirements:
- Female, ages 30 or 40s
- Filipino or other; Hispanic
- Strong English is a must
- Minimum 5 years of nanny experience in NYC (ideally 10+ years)
- Active, warm, loving, and a team player
- Able to keep up with children in an active NYC lifestyle
- Flexible, reliable, and takes initiative

What We’re Looking For:
- Warm, loving, and comforting nannies who provide excellent care and development!
- Knowledge about developmental milestones and activities (learning activities)
- Respect privacy and work hours

Main Responsibilities:
- Care for and engage all children
- Prepare children’s meals and occasional family meals (same food, larger quantity)
- Light housekeeping - dishes, keeping kitchen/children’s room/play spaces clean
- Occasional laundry (if time allows)
- School drop-off/pick-up and activity support
- Support children’s routines and development
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and flexible approach to childcare

- Work Environment: Parents work from home 2 days/week and is very hands-on. Nanny’s focus and privacy during work hours are highly respected.
