Experienced Service Manager

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Service Manager who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and being part of a close-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering customer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
* Scheduling annual service appointments for our existing customers
* Organizing contracts, filing paperwork, and keeping office operations running smoothly
*Maintaining office and service supplies
* Picking up parts and supplies from local vendors
* Receiving deliveries at our warehouse
* Delivering materials to installation teams when needed
* Assisting with occasional phone sales and customer follow-up

What We're Looking For-
✅ Reliable transportation (required)
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
✅ Comfortable multitasking and working independently

▶️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, as many of our customers speak Spanish
