Experienced Service Manager

Greener Technologies, Inc. is a leading residential water treatment company in Central Florida.

We’re looking for the right person to support our service team and our clients from our Winter Springs office.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering customer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude
* Scheduling annual service appointments for our existing customers
* Organizing contracts, filing paperwork, and keeping office operations running smoothly
* Maintaining office and service supplies
* Picking up parts and supplies from local vendors
* Receiving deliveries at our warehouse
* Delivering materials to installation teams when needed
* Assisting with occasional phone sales and customer follow-up

What We’re Looking For
✔ Reliable transportation (required)
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Comfortable multitasking and working independently
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, as many of our customers speak Spanish
