About the role
Greenertec is a family business and a residential water treatment company in Central Florida. The role supports the service team and clients from the Winter Springs office.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Schedule annual service appointments for existing customers.
- Organize contracts, file paperwork and keep office operations running smoothly.
- Maintain office and service supplies.
- Pick up parts and supplies from local vendors.
- Receive deliveries at the warehouse.
- Deliver materials to installation teams when needed.
- Assist with occasional phone sales and customer follow-up.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus.
