CpaMedia Tech is hiring an Expert Job Match Specialist in New York City, New York. This full-time, on-site role supports recruiting and talent acquisition for Uber, helping match qualified candidates with opportunities aligned to business needs and reliable mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for available roles.
• Conduct interviews and evaluations to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Use applicant tracking systems and job-matching tools to support an efficient recruitment process.
• Provide candidates with feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Review recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities to improve hiring.
• Maintain positive candidate relationships and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job-matching software.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or another relevant certification is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
