CpaMedia Tech is hiring an Expert Job Match Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will assess candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals, then connect them with opportunities that fit their needs and support their career growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers and teammates in a fast-paced environment focused on communication, problem-solving, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career aspirations to recommend suitable job opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job listing records using recruitment tools and candidate management systems.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates and feedback.
• Review job market trends to inform hiring strategies and candidate sourcing.
• Work with the team to improve recruitment practices and candidate engagement.
• Track and report job placement and candidate satisfaction metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service; recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with candidates and employers.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and candidate management systems.
