CpaMedia Tech is hiring a full-time Expert Job Match Specialist in Albany, New York. In this on-site role, you will assess candidates, connect qualified applicants with suitable opportunities, and help strengthen the hiring process described for Uber. You will work with HR and hiring teams to improve candidate experiences and align talent with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for available roles.
- Advise on job-matching approaches aligned with hiring strategies.
- Coordinate applications, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Review performance metrics and recommend improvements to the matching process.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and job postings in internal databases.
- Participate in team meetings and share effective recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to positive candidate experiences.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software is preferred.
