Key Responsibilities Engage customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and provide accurate service information. Process customer requests efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues to keep customers informed. Collaborate with colleagues and departments to improve service quality and customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to share knowledge and best practices. Achieve and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to positive customer experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient with standard office software and customer service platforms. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. FedEx fosters a supportive team culture where collaboration and communication are key. You will report directly to a Customer Service Manager and contribute to a high-performing team. Compensation: $33 per hour.
