CURRENT VACANCY - FACILITIES ATTENDANTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- RECEPTION, TENANT & VISITOR COORDINATION: Staff accept requests from reception; assist tenants and visitors; manage enquiries; enquiries and complaints; coordinate delivery and maintenance from internal records and access-card records.
- SECURITY & ACCESS CONTROL: monitor building access, keys/cards, CCTV and security incidents; ensure contractor security personnel follow/proper procedures; comply with schedules, emergency procedures and building protocols.
- HOUSEKEEPING & BUILDING PRESENTATION: cleaning of common areas, toilets, lifts, stairwells, entrances, car parks and external areas; ensure parking appearance; keep areas clean and tidy.
- FACILITIES & UTILITIES MONITORING: conduct and record routine checks of water pressure/taps, electric faults and water meters, gas oil/energy, pumps, lightings; obtain maintenance requests.
- PREVENTIVE & REACTIVE MAINTENANCE: maintain the maintenance schedule; promptly report faults and issues; maintain and follow up work orders.
- CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: coordinate contractors; verify attendances; work completion and service quality; ensure safety and compliance.
- TENANT COORDINATION: ensure the tenants follow the rules; provide support to tenants.
- COMMUNICATION: plan and coordinate tasks; ensure communication; ensure tenant satisfaction.
