FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

LEAD. MAINTAIN. MAKE AN IMPACT.

Take ownership of the care and operation of one of New Mexico’s premier mountain communities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs across the community
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
- Develop maintenance priorities and perform preventive maintenance
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and outside service providers
- Supervise and support part-time staff
- Maintain records, inventories, and operational documentation
- Support projects, inspections, budgeting, and long-term planning

YOU BRING
- Experience in facility, property, apartment, HOA, hospitality, municipal, commercial, or institutional maintenance
- Strong hands-on skills across multiple trades
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and work independently
- Experience coordinating vendors and outside service providers
- Ability to supervise and coordinate part-time staff
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and maintenance systems
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
