Facilities & Maintenance Staff

LOCATION: TAGUIG CITY, BGC
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate, vocational graduate, or graduate of a technical course in Electrical Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in building, facility, or store maintenance is preferred.
- TESDA National Certificate (NC II) is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, wiring installation, air conditioning maintenance and cleaning, basic carpentry, plumbing repairs, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and other building systems.
- Able to use common tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and performing manual maintenance tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Willing to render overtime work on weekends or holidays, and respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
