Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and accurately record required details.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments, send reminders, and coordinate rescheduling.
• Work with healthcare providers to align schedules with clinical needs and patient availability.
• Maintain accurate, accessible information in scheduling and patient management systems.
• Assist with patient check-in by verifying information and collecting relevant details.
• Respond professionally and clearly to patient scheduling questions.
• Participate in team discussions and recommend ways to improve scheduling efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills for working with patients and colleagues.
• Healthcare scheduling experience preferred; not required.
• Familiarity with scheduling software or patient management systems is an advantage.

Work Environment
