Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling, capturing all necessary details accurately.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage rescheduling requests professionally.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize appointment schedules based on clinical priorities and patient availability.
• Maintain and update scheduling software and patient management systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist with patient check-in by verifying information and collecting relevant data upon arrival.
• Handle patient inquiries related to scheduling with clear and courteous communication.
• Participate in team meetings to address scheduling challenges and propose process improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Prior experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and patient management systems is advantageous.
