Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technician in Houston, TX

PRC Group Services is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. This full-time position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of all facility areas, including workspaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance checks regularly.
• Manage cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment inventory to ensure availability.
• Coordinate with management and team members to develop effective cleaning schedules and maintenance plans.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding updates, issues, and work progress.
• Follow all safety protocols and best practices during all maintenance and cleaning activities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cleaning and maintenance roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and physical stamina to perform duties efficiently.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
