Job description
PRC Group Services is hiring a full-time Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technician in Houston, Texas. In this on-site role, you will help keep the facility clean, safe, and fully functional for employees and visitors. Your work supports efficient operations and a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
- Perform minor repairs, troubleshoot facility issues, and complete preventive maintenance checks.
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment, and monitor inventory levels.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance plans with team members and management.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to support efficient operations.
- Communicate work progress, issues, and updates clearly to the team.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices while completing all work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cleaning or facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and the physical stamina required for the work.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
Work Environment
You will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with other technicians in a collaborative team. The position is full-time and on-site in Houston, Texas.
