We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Workers to join our team at our facility in Bacolod City, Western Visayas, Philippines. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Assist in the assembly and packaging of products, working collaboratively with team members. Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production. Required and preferred qualifications Completion of vocational training related to manufacturing or industrial work is preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail and strong quality control skills. Effective teamwork and communication abilities to ensure collaborative efforts. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage. Strong commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not necessary.
