FB Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and lead F&B outlet attendants, stewarding staff, and service crew.
• Ensure high quality food and beverage service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, schedules, and attendance of the team.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper presentation, and food safety standards in the outlet.
• Coordinate with the F&B Supervisor, Chef, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare reports and monitoring for the F&B operations.
• Conduct training and assist in the development of F&B staff.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least Vocational graduate or College level (preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course).
• With at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• With knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned at Baguio Country Club, Camp John Hay, Baguio City.
