FedEx is hiring a full-time Online & Field Work Associate in Statesville, North Carolina. In this customer-facing logistics role, you will support shipping customers online and in the field, process shipments, and help maintain efficient, reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about shipping services and explain relevant product information.
• Process shipments and verify that required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Engage with customers online and in the field to support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work with colleagues to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Use computer systems and software to track and manage shipments.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized and follow safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Familiarity with logistics or shipping is a plus.
• One to two years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Logistics or customer service certifications are beneficial.
