• Stay informed about the latest spa treatments and techniques to improve service quality.
• Educate clients on wellness and skincare practices following treatments.
• Collaborate with the spa team to create promotional packages and special offers.
• Manage appointment bookings efficiently while ensuring client confidentiality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with expertise in multiple massage techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different skin types.
• Relevant massage therapy certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with spa management software is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
