Join Field Services Network (FSN) as a Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling Technician in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are a staffing agency hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based company, seeking skilled technicians for commercial and enterprise field projects. What You’ll Do Install, terminate, splice, test, and maintain fiber optic and Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a cabling systems. Build racks, patch panels, and network closets to support low-voltage infrastructure. Perform OTDR and certification testing to ensure network integrity. Troubleshoot, label, and document all cabling and network components accurately. What You Need Experience with fiber optic and structured cabling installations. Proficiency with low-voltage tools and equipment. Valid driver’s license for field travel. Certifications such as BICSI, FOA, or Network+ are highly desirable. Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
