OTR CDL Hotshot Driver

Tasks

• Operate a 40 ft hotshot truck and trailer
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Navigate routes efficiently while following all traffic laws
• Manage delivery schedules for timely pickups and drop-offs
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage, and freight records
• Communicate with dispatchers on route updates
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks

Requirements

• Must reside in KC area or within 2 hours
• Valid Missouri CDL A with medical card
• 2+ years of verifiable driving experience
• Experience with 40 ft hotshot truck or flatbed trailer
• Clean driving record
• Able to drive 500-600 miles per day
• Must pass a drug test
• No pets
• Felonies handled on a case-by-case basis

Schedule

• Full-time, OTR - 2 weeks out, 5 days off

Pay

• $1,500 - $2,000 per week plus bonus
• $500 sign-on bonus
• Detention pay available
