Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise fiber splicing to maintain optical network integrity and longevity.
• Design and implement customized network solutions based on customer requirements.
• Deploy fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions using GPON technology.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot network systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and roll out new network services.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant fiber optics and networking experience.
• Proficiency in Fiber Splicing, Network Design, Optical Network Design, and FTTH Implementation.
• Strong knowledge of GPON technology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
