Alok is hiring a full-time Field Finance Analyst in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this on-site role, you will support financial operations across multiple regions and help inform business decisions through accurate analysis, reporting, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare clear, accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
• Work with sales teams to share financial insights and improve budgeting.
• Maintain financial records and support compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments to collect data for financial evaluations.
• Assist with forecasting and financial planning.
• Respond to customer questions about financial matters with a strong service focus.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling or other finance-related tools.
• At least two years of relevant finance experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and client relations skills.
• Familiarity with sales processes and their relationship to financial performance is a plus.

Team and Compensation

You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Management teams and report to the Finance Manager. The listed pay is 360000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
