Field Producer Assistant Director

Manage field operations including company moves, location setup, on-set logistics, and production supplies. Ensure safety protocols are followed and support smooth daily execution while helping keep production on schedule. Source and conduct streeter interviews and lead 2nd unit when required. Update Trello boards with daily shoot notes. Manage Production Assistants and general crew needs. Complete Daily Production Report. Communicate unexpected costs to the Line Producer. Manage daily schedule to complete required scenes on time. Coordinate large shoot days and events with Senior Producing team and production office. Review preliminary call sheet and provide notes in a timely manner. Look ahead at the week’s shoot schedule to flag challenges.
