Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat platforms. Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database. Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges and enhance service quality. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hex company’s products and services. Achieve or exceed performance goals including response time and customer satisfaction metrics. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with chat software. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. As part of Hex company’s supportive team, you will report to the Customer Support Manager and work closely with fellow chat representatives.
