Field Service/Start-Up Engineer I

Tasks

• Perform on-site service, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and mechanical repairs on semiconductor processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate closely with supervisors and customers to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow rigorous industry safety procedures when working around electrical currents, mechanical parts, and chemicals.
• Maintain records, order parts, and handle emergency service requests as required.

Requirements

• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to be trained.
• True comfort using hand tools, assembling parts, and following detailed mechanical blueprints or instructions.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Technology is great, but a High School Diploma with strong mechanical experience/hobbies will absolutely be considered.
• Include personal hobbies such as working on cars, building PCs, woodworking, assembling complex models, or repairing appliances on your resume.
