Job description
About the role
Cureitgroup is looking for a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and Workplace Services support across PeaceHealth locations. This is a 100% onsite, full-time role. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues; perform break/fix support and incident resolution.
- Support Microsoft Windows endpoints and end-user computing technologies.
- Perform IMAC activities, including installation, relocation, upgrade, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment.
- Deploy, configure, image, maintain, and refresh endpoint devices.
- Provide walk-up and Tech Bar support and direct end-user assistance.
- Support VIP users and executive staff.
- Maintain asset inventory and configuration records.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and third-party vendors.
- Support software installations, upgrades, patching, and application deployments.
