Field Services Supervisor

About the role

Lead a team of field engineering professionals in the commissioning and servicing of industrial electrical and automation systems. The role combines technical expertise, customer support, team leadership, project execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field engineering teams.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Monitor project costs, margins, sales, and performance.
• Support commissioning and field service activities.
• Resolve customer issues and provide onsite support.
• Plan and conduct engineering, operations, and project management tasks.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in project program, or engineering management/leadership.
• 2+ years designing, specifying, and/or commissioning electrical and automation systems.
• Industrial experience with manufacturing, metals, material handling, and/or similar environments.
• Strong leadership, customer-facing, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% domestically and internationally.
