You will design and develop construction plans and schematics using CAD software, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Your projects will include: Custom and semi-custom homes, home additions and remodels Multi-family complexes, commercial buildings (new construction & tenant improvements) Garages, sheds, shade structures, and outbuildings Bridges, retaining walls, and more Key Skills EIT certification (Engineer-in-Training) B.S. degree in C.E. from an accredited institution having completed structural engineering coursework Passion for structural engineering and a drive to learn and grow Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
