- Production Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis & Incident Resolution
- Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus & Grafana
- Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD & Automation
- Cloud Storage, Object Storage & Distributed Systems
- REST APIs, Microservices & Application Health Monitoring
- Strong IBM FileNet expertise, production support experience, deployment management skills, and a passion for improving platform stability, automation, and system performance
