Finance/Administration Specialist Job in Tallahassee, FL

Global IT Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Finance/Administration Specialist based in Tallahassee, Florida. This contract role requires hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting, and compliance with federal and state policies. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Proficient in financial information systems management Strong knowledge of FHWA policies & procedures Ability to analyze large datasets and detailed financial reports Familiarity with Title 200 and GAAP accounting standards Experience as a trainer is advantageous Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FDOT Financial Management (FM) systems Knowledge of FLAIR (Florida Accounting System) Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2+ years in financial management roles This is an on-site contract position in Tallahassee, FL. Competitive pay at $65 per hour .
