Job description
Global IT Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Finance/Administration Specialist based in Tallahassee, Florida. This contract role requires hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting to support our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proficient in working with financial information systems
- Strong knowledge of FHWA policies & procedures
- Experienced in analyzing large datasets and financial reports
- Familiarity with Title 200 and GAAP accounting standards
- Prior experience as a trainer is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FDOT Financial Management (FM) system
- Knowledge of FLAIR (Florida Accounting System)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of financial management experience
Compensation: $65 per hour
This position is not remote eligible and requires working onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
