Finance Analyst - 12 Months Contract
Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States (Onsite, Hybrid Work Schedule)

Ohm Systems, Inc is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team onsite at our Beaverton headquarters. This contract role supports key portfolios in the footwear and running categories, working cross-functionally with diverse teams including footwear developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial modeling, scenario planning, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
- Create clear and compelling PowerPoint decks to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial data into understandable information for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with non-finance stakeholders to drive financial understanding and alignment.
- Support two paternity leave coverage areas: core footwear portfolio and running portfolio, both high visibility and impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a financial analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous environments and engaging proactively.
- Local candidates or those within commuting distance preferred due to onsite requirements.

- Experience working at a large company.
- Background in consumer products, especially footwear.
