Job description
Fineotex Chemical Limited is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Houston, Texas. This full-time, on-site leadership role reports to top management and carries full P&L responsibility for the Houston market. You will turn business strategy into actionable financial plans, support growth and profitability, and safeguard the company’s financial health and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and other financial activities.
- Analyze financial results and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of operational decisions and projects.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance professionals, promoting sound financial management practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and financial operations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience using financial management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
- Leadership ability and experience guiding a finance team are preferred.
