Job description
Tasks
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead GST, Income Tax, TDS and Customs compliance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and working capital management.
- Monitor manufacturing costing, profitability and cash flow.
- Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Support finance automation and team capability development.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in manufacturing finance and listed company reporting.
- Exposure to financial reporting, taxation, costing and working capital management.
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- CMA/MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation and compliance.
- Expertise in manufacturing costing and financial controls.
- Commercial and analytical decision-making ability.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP S/4HANA and ERP/MIS platforms.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
