Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. Monitor guest satisfaction actively and address any concerns or requests in a professional manner. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after meals. Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall dining experience. Required and preferred qualifications Minimum education of 12th Pass. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential—training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
