About the role
As a Thrivent Financial Advisor, you’ll build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and empowering lives of service and faith. You’ll provide purpose-based advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity to help people build, grow and protect financial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
- Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, based on trust and understanding, in your chosen community.
- Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, delivering financial workshops and marketing your practice.
- Build your business with support from specialists in business development, marketing, technology and engagement, as well as experienced advisors.
Requirements
- Obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and complete Thrivent’s comprehensive advisor onboarding program.
- Be, or want to become, part of the communities where clients live and work.
