Accounting Financial Operations Coordinator APAR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer invoicing and billing process
- Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Follow up with customers on invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Use QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial data
- Generate reports and assist with financial tracking and analysis
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements
- Support accounts payable and vendor payment processing
- Maintain organized financial documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication
- Support additional accounting and administrative needs

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong understanding of invoicing, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
