Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding balances, and payment status.
• Follow up with customers regarding invoices and payments.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Use QuickBooks to manage and maintain financial data.
• Generate reports and support financial tracking and analysis.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve processes.
• Support accounts payable and vendor payment processing.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Advanced organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
