About the role
CFS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a rapidly growing leader in the energy sector. This newly created role supports forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities that inform business decisions, with exposure across the organization and opportunities to develop financial skills and grow a career.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasts for revenue, operating expenses, and headcount.
- Maintain financial models for budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
- Support analyses related to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with department leaders to validate assumptions and track KPIs.
- Help streamline workflows, standardize reporting, and enhance planning tools and ERP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
