Job description
Tasks
- You’ll own the forecast, dig into the numbers, explain what’s driving performance, and present your findings directly to the CFO.
Requirements
- Doesn’t wait for answers. They go find them.
- Builds relationships with department leaders outside of finance.
- Can explain financial results in plain English.
- Is strong in Excel and comfortable building presentations in PowerPoint.
- Brings 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
- Bonus points: Manufacturing experience or a CPA, CMA, or MBA.
