Emmanuel KL is seeking a detail-oriented UAT Manager to join our team in Mineola, New York. This full-time position is essential for managing the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, with a focus on ERP financial systems. The UAT Manager will play a critical role in improving product quality and functionality, directly contributing to the success of our technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full UAT lifecycle including planning, execution, and reporting of test outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases and scenarios aligned with user requirements.
• Utilize Jira for defect tracking, resolution, and documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure user feedback is integrated into system improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, and data for audit compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to team members throughout the testing phases.
• Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate UAT effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems.
• Experience with defect management tools, especially Jira.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAT and related testing environments.

The UAT Manager will collaborate closely with quality assurance, development, and project management teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment to achieve project goals. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Director, you will engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
