Job description
Emmanuel KL is hiring a full-time UAT Manager in Mineola, New York. This on-site role leads user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP financial systems, helping ensure software meets business requirements and supports reliable financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, execute, and report on the full UAT process.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop test cases and scenarios based on user requirements.
- Use Jira to track, manage, document, and coordinate the resolution of defects.
- Coordinate testing activities and incorporate user feedback into system refinements.
- Maintain audit-ready test plans, test scripts, and test data.
- Guide team members and stakeholders throughout testing.
- Develop UAT performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in user acceptance testing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems.
- Experience using Jira for defect management.
- At least five years of experience in UAT or related testing environments.
Team and Reporting
You will collaborate with quality assurance, development, project management, and business stakeholders. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Director and contributes to the quality and functionality of systems supporting financial operations.
