The Financial Analyst III supports business unit leadership in attaining financial and operational objectives. The role leads the preparation and presentation of project, program, and overall business unit financial results to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, report, forecast, and communicate quarterly and monthly financial results, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Prepare budgets, estimates, strategic plans, and monthly and quarterly comparative analyses.
- Orchestrate development of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Keep abreast of financial management information systems and philosophies, leveraging the SRC financial reporting system, also known as Business Objects Budgeting/Reporting.
- Participate in developing recommendations and implementing appropriate changes.
- Own the reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of financial forecasting.
- Support special projects, primarily involving process improvement, documentation, and automation.
