Key Responsibilities Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes. Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation. Analyzing variances between actual and budgeted performance to identify trends. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights. Monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Participating in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma; additional certifications in finance or accounting are a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis role. Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools is preferred. In this role, you will be a part of a small but effective finance team that emphasizes collaboration and growth.
