Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexibly during peak hours including evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant software or point-of-sale system experience is a plus.
