Financial Reporting Manager

Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the St. Pete/Largo/Clearwater area that is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team.Responsible for the internal financial management reporting and disclosure reports distributed to leadership on a monthly basis.Review journal entries and complex general ledger account reconciliations, including researching U.S. GAAP issues and resolving accounting discrepancies.Analyze consolidated financial statements to ensure transactions comply with U.S. GAAPEvaluates and develops associates, including hiring and disciplinary action.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least 6 years of accounting experienceAt least 2 years of management experience
